About WestSideFBG

Fredericksburg has always had something special west of Marktplatz. The restaurants, the wine, the art, the locally-owned shops — it's all there. What was missing was a shared identity to tie it together and give visitors a reason to keep walking west.

WestSideFBG was founded by a small group of West Side business owners and community advocates who believed that the Corridor — from Crockett Street to the Post Office, two blocks north and south of Main — deserved its own voice. Not a chamber. Not a committee. A living, active brand that works every week to put West Side businesses in front of the people already coming to Fredericksburg.

The coalition launched with a simple belief: independent businesses are stronger together. Coordinated marketing creates the kind of visibility and repetition that no single business can achieve on its own. And when visitors discover one great experience on the West Side, they tend to find several more.

WestSideFBG is backed by the Fredericksburg CVB and a growing group of founding members who are shaping what this district becomes. It's early. The momentum is real. And there's still time to be part of building it.
